No Maps For These Territories. I remember after reading Burning Chrome in the early eighties and trying to convince friends to read it. Most people couldn't get into it-couldn't dig the future slang. After that I didn't bother but kept on reading his books. "Cyberspace? What's that?" Now we're all jacked in and the term seems almost old fashioned.
