This is Larry's cousin. He is thinking about going home and sitting in front of the TV with a bottle of rot gut and watching scrambled porn. He looks like more of a threat than he is, but people still keep their distance. Probably not a bad idea given he doesn't think much of personal hygiene and his job as a garbage inspector keeps him pretty ripe. All and all he is just another dregg.

The coloring is very subtle and delicate for such a gruesome subject.

He's thinking that you'd better hand over that bubble bath you are holding so he can guzzle it and blow more cool bubbles =P
