phil blank is supercute! i have to suspect he has a wild side or is even perhaps the mild-mannered alter-ego of an interstaller planetary hero due to his groovy flame art spaceride.
Interstellar accountancy isn't always as dull as most people think. THE F-937(schedule C) Request for Tax Reduction due to Involuntary Corporeal Dissolution and Regeneration as a lower life form application for example, is filled with exciting accounting adventure.
As to the flames-many people suspect Phil is in the grips of a mid-life crisis in which he imagines he's a dashing space hero.
