mr. grumbles terrified me until i clicked to enlarge the picture and saw that he was actually called mr. grumbles...
and the bottom one should be a snazzy little stamp for which i can mail my letters with!
I dig Mr. Grumbles. It reminds me of one of the creatures from Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy. And are you saying you're like Nero? Your not like Nero. W's like Nero. You do something to make the world a better place.

Great character, cool shapes, lines and design. An outstanding example of pen/ink dexterity. Kudos.
Is it true that the original title to this post was "Roamin' with George Burns"? Just curious. :)

Have you tried making your own stamps through the Post Office? I thought about it but it seemed expensive.

I haven't seen the Hitchhiker movie yet. I listened to it on CD as read by Stephen Fry. I think I know what you mean about the look though from seeing the trailer. My job is much the same as W's sometimes- spreading confusion, laughter and generally making people uncomfortable. Some have suggested a link to torture as well.

The original titled was " I Don't Know What to Title the These Things Anymore and P.S. Why Am I still Blogging?" but it seemed to wordy and a little negative. I like your suggestion though.
