This Dame is...

The picture above is the revised version.

Another in the thug mug series of graphic curiosities set forth to amuse any who by chance find themselves surfing this obscure channel on the ultimate ocean of digital info. I'm not entirely happy with the design graphics (too plaid looking) but gave up tinkering, I might re-do this one (top picture is revised version).

Jack,

I agree that the background does look a little plaid. If you're going for a noir look, might I suggest the cast shadow of blinds behind the woman? That was a staple visual element in noir films of the period.

Great characterization in the face. The plume of smoke is perfect.

I look forward to the re-do.

Yeah, I was running through my mental rolodex of noir cliches and tried to wing a more straight graphic approach. Thanks for the blinds suggestion. I'll add it to what I have in mind and see what comes of it.

I'm glad you like the face and smoke though.

Excellent revision, Mr Snider.
The piece seems more cohesive now.

Thanks!

The second version is much better. I love the almost animated quality of the 3 figure elements on the right side.

Thanks Mike. I still think it could be better but for now I'll just let it stand.
